WE ARE HERE TO HELP
Our most popular treatment. Nails are cut, filed and thickness reduced, if required. Any dry, hard skin or corns will be gently removed and cracked heels smoothed. Moisturiser is applied to finish.
All patients that are new to the practice will need to book a New Patient Foot Health Assessment. The circulation to the feet, sensation and general foot condition will be assessed. As part of our duty of care, a treatment plan will then be discussed, agreed and initial treatment and advice will be given.
Bio – mechanical assessments
Do you have pain in your feet or legs? Are you walking comfortably?
After taking a history of your symptoms, our Podiatric MSk specialist will assess the joints of your feet and lower legs whilst sitting and standing. During video gait analysis, your walking and body position will be assessed for any abnormality which could cause symptoms such as painful knees, recurrent sprains, sports injuries, walking problems and persistent aches and pains.
Treatment can include advice, stretches and / or orthotics (arch supports).
Been for pedicures before, but left without that complete silky, smooth finish?
We offer spa pedicures which all include professional podiatry treatment. Allow our Podiatrist to open the door to a world of perfectly pampered feet.
The Prende Spa Range contains essential oils of lavender, frankincense, myrr, orange and bay. The warm paraffin therapy wax treatment decreases calluses on the feet, soothes the skin and provided symptomatic relief for conditions such as arthritis, eczema and chilblains.
Specialist Verruca Treatment
We offer a range of verruca treatments from professional caustic application to the very successful, state of the art, Swift microwave therapy.
During your assessment the various treatment options will be discussed. The most suitable treatment plan will be agreed and commenced.
We have the solution. From routine care to provide instant relief, to nail surgery for a permanent solution, we have the skills and expertise to solve your problem.
Dr’s Remedy nail varnish was developed by a Podiatrist as an alternative to traditional nail polish that notoriously damages the nails. It contains no formaldehyde or toluene, whilst still being long-lasting. Instead, it is enriched with tea-tree oil, lavender, wheat protein and vitamins C and E, which can improve the quality of your nails.
Dr’s Remedy nail varnish can be applied after any treatment. Please request this when making an appointment and don’t forget to bring your flip-flops or sandals to wear afterwards.
We also stock a retail range of Dr’s Remedy base coat, hydration treatment, nail colours and top coats.
Stuck for a gift?
We can provide gift vouchers in denominations of £5 or for the total cost of any treatment.
They are supplied in a wallet and silver envelope. If required, we can take payment over the phone
and post the vouchers either to you or to your lucky recipient.
