It’s safe to say that most of 2020 has been tricky for people and businesses alike. It’s been no different at The Foot Room. The hardest thing we’ve ever done is choosing to close down our business to protect our patients and staff. The second hardest thing was deciding how to re-open again in the safest possible manner.
We are truly delighted to be seeing patients again. It’s what we do best, and we love it!
There’s been a lot of changes, but some things are just the same and that’s how we like it.
To keep everyone safe, we’ve added Perspex screens, medical-grade PPE and a robust cleaning regime between every patient contact. We have increased the time between booking so that patients don’t encounter each other in corridors or on the stairs and we’ve removed our waiting areas. There’s never no risk, but your health is our priority and our clinic is as safe as it’s possible to be.
Despite all these changes there’s still a friendly smile (behind the mask), professional footcare and great conversation. The cups of tea and coffee are gone but the welcome is just as warm.
If you’ve not been back yet, we’d love to see you back soon.
