We are delighted to welcome Sue Berry to our team at The Foot Room.  She is a qualified reflexologist and will be offering reflexology clinics on a Tuesday evening.  I had a trial session last week and it was amazing!

For those who don’t already know, Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside traditional healthcare to promote better health for their clients. Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; the most clothing that will have to be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes.  The chair will be reclined to a comfortable position for you, the lights will be dimmed, and relaxing music will be playing. If you wish, you can also use a heated eye-mask.

A 45 minute session costs £40.

If you would like to know more, please give us a call on 01772 378812 or pop in for an information leaflet.
